When we calculate our leaves for extension if have taken half day will it be considered as leave and if we have taken two weeks leave do weekends count as holidays.If our CA is not ready to sign our form what options do we have?

In the mean time..... Assuming office hours are from Monday to Friday. From 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
01. 1/2 day leave is to be considered as 1/2 day
02. In the month of Nov 2015, if a person proceeds on leave from 02/11/2015 to 13/11/2015, the, number of days leave would be 12. (7th and 8th will be considered as leave, but not 14th and 15th) (Even 11th and 12th, although public holiday on account of Diwali, shall be considered as leave.)
03. In some of the structured HR policy oriented CA firms, if the leave is NOT presanctioned, in the above example, it will be considered as 14 days leave and not 12 days.
