12 July 2014 I cleared my ipcc on nov 2013 but I join articleship in july 2014.so is it possible to take the articleship certificate from December 2013 (backdate)....? If yes....then what will be the procedure..?

12 July 2014 no it is not possible....your articleship starts only after the date of stamp/franking on Form 102. Also u dont clear in Nov but in January...

13 July 2014 If I get a back dated stamp paper then is it possible. .?

13 July 2014 December anyways not possible. Plus if the form is submitted after delay of more than 6 months, ICAI requires that you submit bank statements to show receipt of stipend, articleship service diary and attendance register..so do go ahead at your own risk.

13 July 2014 you should date your forms from the date on which you actually started your articleship. How hard is to be an honest person!!

13 July 2014 I will do my articleship honestly....bt my final will get delayed by 6 months...thats why I am worried
