articleship after CPT

lot of students who have passed there CPT are not getting articleship, because they are rejected by CA firms. ICAI should take some step for this because students are leaving CA because of not getting articleship.

I believe one has to observe from the point of view of the firms as well since our profession requires high standards of talent.
Iam not criticizing ur statement nor supporting the firms who r not giving articleship to the cpt buds. Its just an opinion

Yes. It is the area of concern. ICAI is expected to come out with some guidance.

they must be given enough training before articles ship..
I Agree that CPT is not enough to Start ones Articleship..
Institute has to take steps...
but... there are many firms which are prefering CPT than PE-2 . Since they come for low Stipend
