28 March 2012 Dear sir, I had sent my articleship registration form on 23rd august 2011,after passing both groups of IPCC. But at that t time i had not done ITT and OP trainings. I did them in february 2012.Now the institute says that the registration will be done from 03-02-2012 and period prior to it will not be counted and my ca final attempt shifted from may 2014 to nov 2014. please tell is there any condonation of this case.

14 April 2012 The basic requirement is that without ITI & Op training your passing is not valid and since you have delayed the responsibility lies on you and accordingly everything has been delayed. There is no provision for con donation of the delay for irreparable lapses
