I have been working for more than 35 hours a week but no extra stipened or attendance i have got. Even while my itt training i dint got attendance because i dint went to office for half day is it worthwhile???????

Keep your own daily diary as a record with time sheet. It would be very useful. This way you can check your own progress also.
