12 September 2019 All Big 4s have the same process of application i.e.by going on their website and applying through the career section. However, it is recommended that the resume should be forwarded to the HR of the concerned department through an employee working in the organisation. The Big 4s receive a lot of resumes on a daily basis and the positions for articles are very limited due to the ICAI restrictions. Accordingly, it is best recommended to forward the resumes through the employee. Higher the position of the employee in the organisation, higher chances of getting a call for the interview. Kindly note that all Big 4s prefer the students who have cleared both the groups of the IPCC examination in first attempt.
