23 May 2016 Hello.....
I m in the 2nd yr of articleship..... I wanted to know that if by any reason(ex excess leaves) the auditor terminated his article student... In that case can the student join another audit firm for the fresh period of 3yrs....is der any possibility.can the auditor do so.....

24 May 2016 Employer may write to ICAI to terminate any articles when there is misconduct from articles and ICAI may consider this is as disciplinary situation and may accept termination of article,and in such case article need to serve balance period of articles with other CA or for the period specified by ICAI.Student need to contact his boss or ICAI for status of transfer forms submitted

The subsequent auditor may be from the same city or otherwise the rule for choosing subsequent auditor are same as the rule applicable for the termination after 1yr of articleship.
