27 September 2015 Dear Sir, I am completing ITT in October 2015 and I am joining for articleship in the month of November and what are all the documents should be submitted to ICAI? Please Suggest, Thank You.......

27 September 2015 form 102 : deed of articleship. Duly filled and duly signed form 102 remains with principal and articled (one each)

form 103: statement of particulars. Duly filled and duly signed form 103 needs to be sent to ICAI.

form 112 : if you are doing any other course along with CA, then form 112; duly filled and duly signed, is required to be sent.

The other documents are, requisite fee, education proof, identity card etc are to be sent to ICAI
