03 January 2015 I have completed 1year of Articleship and i have taken transfer & joined the present employer on Feb 2014 whereas my I Started articleship on 14th Nov 2013.Is it correct if they say as per us they will increase the stipend only from february ?

03 January 2015 No, that is not correct.....The stipend is for first year, second year and third year

By the way, which city/area you are from?

Becuase what I observed.....in Bengaluru,,the stipend is much more than ICAI rules

05 January 2015 I am from Thane Sir.But what if my principal asks whether there is any such rule what answer should I give ?

05 January 2015 Thane should not be a problem.....You have Chapter office nearby.....you can refer the matter to them if required..
