23 December 2014 My query is regarding transfer of articleship.

I registered for articleship on nov,2014(2months). Near my home only.
Now i'm shifting to 35-40kms away from residence, so i'll be unable to travel such long distance because of no proper bus convience to travel to work from the place i'm shifting to office.

so i wish to take transfer from present firm to another firm in bangalore only . (i.e, near by to that place where i'll be shifting).

So in my case is transfer permissible. ??
Whats the procedure for transfer in first year .. ?

23 December 2014 Because somewhr i read that transfer is not allowed in same city....
Anyways if itz allowed good..

23 December 2014 The reasoning is not sufficient for getting transfer, but you are on first year of training and in first year transfers are freely allowed.
