25 September 2014 i joined articleship on 21 april 2014 and taken termination on august 31.......what is the last date for me to join in another firm as an article clerk

26 September 2014 you can join whenever you want to. however, given that you haven't registered by now, you shall end up missing November 2016 attempt for CA finals

26 September 2014 ideally send before 1 October...otherwise you will also have to apply for condonation and pay condonation fees
