Dear sir ,
I have started Articleship training from 1st April 2013 . according to ICAI gmcs-1 must be completed within 31 march 2014 due to some reason I can not complete within time it is going to be completed till 30 june 2014 . now what the consequence ?

For ur delay period ur Articleship will b withheld i.e, ur attempt for Final will delay for 3 months.

Try to understand what i have replied above. No need to write the above para again. I understood it thats y replied.
A candidate is eligible for finals if he has done 30 months of Articles. So if u have not done GMCS-1 within 1st year of articles then ur delay months i.e, 3 months of Articles will not b counted(with held). So ur Finals will b delayed for 3 months.
