17 December 2013 HI,IM DOING MY ARTICLESHIP AND I TOOK A TRANSFER BEFORE COMPLETION OF ONE YEAR AND ITS BEEN FOUR MONTHS I HAVEN'T JOIN ANYWHERE AND IVE NOT SUBMITTED MY TERMINATION FORM ALSO, IS THERE ANY FINE TO BE PAID OR WHAT ARE THE CIRCUMSTANCES?

17 December 2013 Yes after 1 month of form signed by ur ca u need to pay condonation fees and reasons need to be given in form of letter.

17 December 2013 you can contact the icai official at the regional chapter they will tell u exact as i dont remember it.

17 December 2013 yes if 1 year isnt over then without icai permission you can take else u need to take prior permission in 2nd and subsequent year.
