27 July 2013 Hi,
I am registered as an article assistant under my uncles firm but due to some reasons currently i am working in another firm under secondment basis.I am getting my salary on job basis there and nothing from the firm i registered at.Is it mandatory to receive Stipend cheque from my uncles firm.

27 July 2013 Yes,

The stipend under this regulation shall be paid by the principal to the articled assistant either (a) by a crossed account payee cheque every month against a stamped receipt to be obtained from the articled assistant; or (b) by depositing the amount every month in an account opened by the articled assistant in his own name with a branch of the bank to be specified by the principal.

I registered there from 29April,2013
But i didnt get any salary yet.Can i get this now?
