30 May 2013 Hi, I have written my IPCC exam in Nob 2012. If i want to write CA Final exam in Nov. 2014, i need to buy the stamp paper before 30th April, I didn't know about this rule. I had started my article on 25th April, but purchased the stamp on 8th May. Is there any possibility of writing the exam in Nov 2014. OR any possibility to get stamp paper of 30th April? Please clarify, its matter of six months.

30 May 2013 let me know whether you have submitted your form 103 ,if it happens what was the date of joining of articleship quoted in that form

30 May 2013 I have not yet submitted the form 103. But the date on that is 25th April 2013 which i have filled, as i have started the articleship that day

30 May 2013 If you have filled 25 april 2013 on 103 how icai will came to know date on 102 bond

which is not at all required to send to icai unless if it asks,

your first mistake is you made a mistake by delaying in submitting form 103 though you already late in joining as article student

So file 103 now on immediate basis

however as you made a delay of more than 30 days so icai may or may not ask you to provide 102,

30 May 2013 no it is not mandatory please refer guidelines sheet provided WITH 103
