17 May 2013 dear sir,
can our ca put any restriction during first year of articleship for transfer??
my last query remained unanswered, hoping for your response.

17 May 2013 Technically if transfer is allowed then no restriction can be placed on it.

17 May 2013 Yes your CA acceptance for transfer of articleship is mandatory to take transfer from articleship and join with other employer.

YOUR ca MAY OBJECT IF HE DONT WANT YOU TO LEAVE FROM HIM

any dispute between CA and student should be settled by mutual understanding and institute will not interfere in this regard,

for your reference, there is no restrictions from the part of icai TO TAKE TRANSFER IN THE FIRST YEAR OF ARTICLESHI ,

PRIOR APPROVAL FROM ICAI IS REQUIRED WHEN TRANSFER IS AFTER 1YEAR OF ARTICLEHSIP
