If you've missed the deadline for submitting your Articleship 102 documents and lack the required stamp paper, don't worry. You'll need to obtain new stamp paper, execute the deed with your principal, and submit it along with other documents like a delay condonation letter and work diary. Be prepared to pay a delay condonation fee to ICAI, as a stamped deed is essential for your registration. Prompt action is key to avoid application rejection.

If the stamp paper for a past date is not available, you must purchase new stamp paper as soon as possible and execute the deed, writing the correct details (this is standard and condonation of delay may apply).
Attach other required documents: delay condonation letter, work diary, attendance sheet, and stipend bank statement, all signed by both student and principal.

ICAI’s Condonation Procedure When submitting after the allowed period, pay the prescribed delay condonation fee, and document the reason for delay in the signed letter submitted alongside Form 103.
Absence of a deed on stamp paper may render your application inadmissible; ICAI will not process registration without it.
Agreements can technically be signed on plain paper, but for ICAI purposes, only stamped deeds are admissible and processable.

Get a fresh stamp paper of today’s date.
Execute the articleship deed with your principal, and proceed with Form 103/102 and other documentation.
Attach a condonation letter explaining the delay and submit the condonation fee as required.
The stamped deed is always required for ICAI articleship registration, so you must urgently procure it and complete the paperwork to avoid further delay or application rejection.
