Can anyone say that How many days we can take leave in articles. ? if exceeds the limit what will be the remedy ?

Leaves have to be calculated using the following formula:
(Total Period served-leaves taken)/6
Allowed leaves come to 156.
In case of excess leaves, the article has to additionally serve the excess leaves taken.
