i passed my ipcc exam in may 2013 attempt, when is the last date to register for the articles......

There is no time limit to join articleship. You can join when u want.

As said by above expert,,there is no time limit..
But if you can register on or before 31.10.2013 you can attempt for may 2016 other wise it will get delayed

I think, you are wresting your precious time, if you have not joined or taking registration in article ship. Because every singal day of delay can extend your attempt of final. The CA Regulation not specified the time frame in which the student can take registration in article ship.
So i will request you to take registration in article ship.
