12 September 2014 if principal will not sighn to form no 108 then which remedis is available to article assistant ? and plz rply document required to send with form no 108 ?

12 September 2014 Sending the form 108 to institute is responsibility of your principal not articles.

If you send the form without signature of your principal then ICAI send the form back to your principal to give reason for not signing it.

Depend on reason ICAI take next step.

If he / she sign the form and send to institute if there is ignorance / overlap mistake .Then ICAI issue completion certificate to student and one copy to principal.
