IF HOLDING CO. GIVE LOAN TO SUBSI WITHOUT INTEREST THEN IT WOULD BE CONSIDER AS ARM LENGTH TRANSACTION OR NOT ,IF NOT THEN WHAT ITS IMPLICATION IN INCOME TAX....

If price paid(interest) is less than arms length price, then there is no implication for income tax.
