I am doing deemed exports to a company in india (Which exports the goods inturn) For this I am issuing a ARE 3 form.
I am doing a direct export outside india. For which I am issuing ARE 1 form.
I want to know whether I am correct in both the above mentioned situations.

There is a confusion here. My auditor and My dealer in mumbai, both are asking for ARE 1
