03 March 2022 Hi everyone

I want to ask will late payment of Provident Fund in April and May - 2020 be disallowed in Income Tax ?

I think there was notification from government for late deposit of Provident fund

Please answer asap

04 March 2022 There was notification from govt. to deposit Notification No is SO-1513 of April - May and June-2020 EPF for deposting till Jan-21 . In this case suppose we deposit late EPF say 50 days late, then will it attract disallowance in Income Tax.
