27 May 2012 what is the due date for filing april 2012 monthy return of corporate -service tax

28 May 2012 Till now return under service tax is to be filed on half yearly basis. As far as monthly or quarterly return under Finance Act 1994 is concerned, till now no provision has been made in respect of same. Only in the letter issued along with Finance Bill 2012, Govt shown its intention to make such provision but till now no such provision has been made.
