11 November 2014 Hello Sir/Mam,

Please tell me detailed procedure of approval of audited balance sheet by directors and shareholders, approval/signing of annual return and roll of AGM in all that.

please tell me sections also.

11 November 2014 The audited balance sheet is placed before the meeting of board of directors. Once the board of directors approve it, the next is to place it before the AGM
