My query is hereunder.

There is a existing Manager in the company and the company wants to appoint him as Manager & Director.What to do please advise.and what form to file with roc.

09 August 2011 First apply for DIN no. of director.

Appoint him as additional director u/s 260 by passing a board resolution.

File form 32 with ROC within 30 days of passing board resolution.
