Appointment of first auditor

26 September 2014 Sir,
A pvt. ltd. co. registered on 1 June 2013 but first auditor was not appoint by board of director in the period of 30 days and EGM in 90 days, but now company wants to appoint first auditor.
Please advise Legal Proceeding for appointment of first auditor to C.A. and Company

26 September 2014 Appoint auditor in board meeting and I.e. in or before 1.07.2013. There is no any requirement to intimate ROC regarding the same. It is a internal process

27 September 2014 Agree with expert.

Try to convince auditor to give you consent to join as auditor from back date i.e. in 2013. Show board meeting in back date.

I think that is the only suggestion.
