I want to appoint a person as a Director in a Private Company and not want to go through route where we have to first appoint him as a Additional Director and then regularized him in AGM, So I want format of ordinary resolution for appointing a person as a Director.

The provision of section 257 deal with such route but is is not applicable on private limited company.
But a private limited company can directly appoint a person as director through general meeting in accordance with their articles. They can also take the benefit of the provision of section 257 for appointing as director of the company.
