Dear Sir,
We are done with our Board Meeting AGM and reappointed the statutory auditors for the next year.
But the management now wants to change the auditors. So, do we need to hold the Board Meeting and AGM again for revocation of appointment of already appointed auditors and appointing the new auditors.

* Board of Directors, should convene a meeting to approve the draft of the application to be sent to the Central Government for the removal of the Auditor.
* The said application has to be submitted to the Regional Director of the concerned Region.
* The Regional Director after considering the merit of the application may approve such removal.
* On receipt of such approval fix the date, time, place of convening a board meeting for the above purpose.
* Convene an EGM on 21 days notice and ordinary resolution should be passed appointing new Auditor in the place of previous Auditor .
* The said application has to be submitted to the Regional Director of the concerned Region.
* The Regional Director after considering the merit of the application may approve such removal.
