Appointment of auditor

25 February 2016 Section 8 Company has been incorporated on 21 oct-15, but no auditor has been apppointed till date i.e 25feb-16. Whether auditor can be appointed now by convening an E.G.M and whether there attracts any penalty apart from Additional filing fee with ROC.
