Applying online service tax registration

Kindly advise me how to apply online new service tax registration no.
and what are the documents required apart from ID Proof and Address proof.
and service tax office address for Kharghar location

16 August 2013 1. log on to www.aces.gov.in

2.Click on service tax .
Click the button 'New Users Click here to Register with ACES'.

3. Fills in and submit the form Registration With ACES by furnishing a self chosen User ID and e-mail ID.

4. The system will generate password and
will sent it to the given e-mail.

5 .The User then re login & change the password .

6. Move with statutory registration with Service Tax by filling Form ST -1 by clicking the Reg link .

The system will generate the registration number and request to go to AC/DC with hard copy.

7. Applicant may be required to submit certain documents like id proof,address proof,copy of partnership deed, Memorandum and articles of association, if any,for verification.

8. After due processing a message will be sent to applicant & the R C will be sent to the given e mail.

9. Download RC and get it signed and sealed from the jurisdictional officer.

i just needed one more info.is there is any more document required apart from ID and Address proof for the name of individual.

16 August 2013 Nothing more legally. But some officers are asking the following details also.
i) a write up of the activity (description of service) under which the registration is sought for.

ii) turn over details of the previous financial year and the financial year in which registration sough for in the form of a declaration.

16 August 2013 i have fill all online form at one point of time i have struck kindly help me out
in uploading XML file what i have to fill in authorized signatory flag and declaration flag
