16 November 2012 Respected Sir/Madam,
I am a agent of LICI & a Real-Estate company. But presently my LIC agency opetated by my Brother & he has applied for the TDS (from LIC) return for the F.Y 2010-2011 and 2011-2012.Already returns of 2010-2011 has received by him.
But I was totaly unknown about this matters, and unknowingly I have also applied for the TDS returns (both LICI & the Real-Estate Company) for F.Y. 2010-2011 & 2011-2012.
Now what can I do now ? to obtain the TDS return for F.Y.2010-2011 & 2011-2012. which was deducted from my commission by the Real Estate company. I have form 16A with me.
Please provide me advice & guide me in this regard.

17 November 2012 Though your brother operated your PAN, but all transactions are in your name.There should be consolidated, total,entire income including LIC commsiion and Other commission.Those return processed by ITD, there is no chance to make revise it.In future you clubed, total in which your name, both TDS is credited to you PAN.It is better to go Expert CA because since this Budget LIC agents are required to maintain Books of Accounts.

But plz let me know that, is there any possibilities for any punishment or any penalty for me ? as I have applied twice for the same TDS returns.(Which was deducted by LICI). Please let me know as-soon-as possible.
