Hello,
I have applied for revaluation of FR of Nov 15 exams. Now i am supposed to apply for exam form for May 16 in which they asked for exemption details. If in case i have get the exemption in FR what would be the procedure to modify the exam form..?

Generally exemption is automatic,if you got exemption in re-verification same will be considered even though you have not mentioned in exam form
