03 May 2014 I am cost accountant in practice and want to register with aces.gov.in, I am practising in proprietary firm name of "Dilip M Malkar & Co." . what should be unit name and appliacant's name to be submitted for new registration. At present I have pan on individual name whether it is necessary to apply for pan in firm name considering status of firm is propritarship

are u individual with practice in the name of Dlip m malkar & co
so u under pan no place ur individual pan no and ur name and tick in individual category

but first column of st-1 name of the firm place enter ur practice firm name so enough
st 2 issue ur practice firm name.
