Please let me know the applicabilty of tds deduction on conveyance allowance ,rent allowance and medical allowance paid to emoloyees . Also its tax liability on the hands of employees. Limits of this allowance also.

Conveyance allowance Rs.800 per month exempted
Rent allowance -subject to rent payment as per calculation u/s.10(13A)
fixed medical allowance is fully taxable
