10 December 2013 what would be the liability of service tax,in the construction of public places......like air ports??

10 December 2013 these were not taxable till now but recently they also have been brought under tax net and now they are taxable though appropriate abatement is given.

12 December 2013 is it service tax is applicable when residential dwelling is let out for permanent stay???
