Is service tax applicable for Advertising agencies. they shouls apply service tax.what if they provide recuritment service also. is there any limit of the same.

in case of GTA service tax to be paid by Consignee, or consigner or Transporter. you should pay directly to govt. for your safe side.

Service tax applicable on advertising. Limit of servie tax is 10 lacs

Both are liable -total value less than 10 lakhs then exempted under Not.6/05
