Dear Sir,
Please clarify my query regarding applicability of TDS on Installation charges if party send us Retail invoice with charging of CST on bill amount and please send us note on this subject for further any query beared by us.

Installation charges will apply TDS u/s.194C if party charges CST there may be some material portion will be there ask party to give separate invoice for materials & installation charges other wise deduct tds on gross bill inclusive of CST
