A I have a webpage with about 2 Lac likes for which I have an offer from an advertising firm of California US. The will be paid by Pay Pal or Western Union.
Sir , What are the tax liabilities for this transaction.

No service tax applicable for this transaction. No other taxes also applicable on it except income tax on profits. FEMA applicable and the money is received through PAY PAL or Western union to your bank account it will be compliance of FEMA.
