27 December 2015 Is service tax liable if a person provide services of Gaming/fun/entertainment like amusemet park. If yes then while applying for its registration there is no such head mentioned out of 118 list given in aces website. Should i use the last i.e 119th head of " other than those not mentioned in above 118 list" Please give me ur valuable suggestion. Thanks

27 December 2015 Yes service tax applicable as per budget 2015 amendment, use the last head.
