Selling of Liquor on Complementary basis is chargable under MVAT.
E.g My client sale liquor on festival season on complementary basis i.e buy 5 bottles and get one free. Is all the Six Bottles Chargeble to VAT or only 5 are chargeble to VAT

Free Issue means sale without Value and VAT will be charged on the price of 5 bottles.
