04 September 2013 We all know that for FY 2012-13 if turnover in the same year exceeds Rs. 1 cr than Tax Audit is applicable. But Applicability of VAT Audit is over 60 lakhs turnover. My query is does VAT Audit applicability attracts Tax Audit??? -please solve my query
