Applicability of tax audit

We all know that for FY 2012-13 if turnover in the same year exceeds Rs. 1 cr than Tax Audit is applicable. But Applicability of VAT Audit is over 60 lakhs turnover. My query is does VAT Audit applicability attracts Tax Audit???

No. both are difference acts and applicability also different, so no need to apply tax audit because of other act
