Can anyone tell me wheather running a Resort is liable to Service tax

some activities of resrt maybe liable like mandap keeper, convention services, outdoor catering if applicable.

I agree with the expert. Also, if you are managing the resort on behalf of owner, you may be liable under "Management, Maintenance or Repair" Service.It will depend on the agreement.
