Applicability of ssp exemption.

24 March 2013 Provision Manpower service is under now reverse charge mechanism, service provider is liable to pay service tax on 25% value of service & service receiver is liable for service tax on 75% of value of services.

Now my question is, whether the service provider can take the benefit of SSP exemption for on his part of value of taxable service?
