We are make the testing of the goods as made in outside India, after the testing we are rise the invoice.
please guide for make the invoice.

After testing in India weather goods are exported back.

No we are destroyed the goods, and we charge the service amount to vendor.
22 January 2017
As service receiver is out side India, as per Place of Provision of service Rule 3, no service tax payable.
