A PSU is owning a weighbridge and providing the weighment service to the truck drivers carrying the goods of their(PSU) customer and charging the weighment charges from the truck drivers.
Whether the above weighment charges received are under the net of service tax.

No, In my view, there is such service tax on weighment service.
