MY CLIENTS ARE ENGAGED IN CONSTRUCTIONS OF RESIDENTIAL COMPLEXES BY CARRYING THE CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES ON THEMSELVES WITHOUT ENGAGING ANY CONTRACTOR.
QUERY:WHETHER SERVICE TAX IS APPLICABLE ON THEM.
