Whether Stiching Chrages are covered under Service Tax? If yes, under which service?

please read Circular F. No. B.11/1/2002-TRU, dated 1-8-2002 wherein it is clarified no designing activity is involved in stitching of clothes by the tailor. Therefore,not taxable under fashion designing. Not taxable.
