is service tax applicable on convection hall along with recreational activities bundled (billed)together where serving of food is contracted to another person.

Yes service tax applicable at 15% on 70% value of bundled bill.

For the recreational part, entertainment tax is applicable and lieved according to karnataka tax

so on 70% service tax is applicable and remaining 30 % entertainment tax is applicable..
