Suppose a manufacturing company paying loading and unloading charges in cash Rs. 5000/- it is liable to pay service tax under GTA ?

02 July 2016 If cash is paid to labours directly and not included in the freight bill no service tax applicable.

02 July 2016 but loading and unloading service is intermediary service itself in case of GTA. It is not a principal service like GTA. Then no service tax require to pay as Reverse Charge.
